As a Warriors fan and a pre-Warriors KD fan, I could never accept him on the team. I didn't like the move and how it took away from what the Warriors accomplished. It was always KD and the Warriors. For me, when he came back that game and heroically fighting his injury, that's when he felt apart of the team. I was excited for his return, and his presence really was felt. When he went down again it was heartbreaking but it felt like it was a sacrifice to bring them together as one. I wish he stayed so we could see that team full chemistry at work.

That KD injury during the finals was heartbreaking and it made me like him again. Hurt even more to see Klay go down right after too. The wind was officially out of their sails at that point

KD should have stayed with GS. He was happy there. The media drove him out of there. Not Draymond. Not the injury. It was the idea that KD was a luxury they didn’t really need. I always and still believe GS can’t go anywhere without KD. It was over after Lebron overturned that 3-1.

Steve lets be real please everyone and their moms knew KD had some kind of achilles strain. The fact you guys put out he had a calf injury is BS.

It was one thing to see such a talented basketball player go down like that on such a massive stage. It was another things to see how many of those raptors fans in that arena cheered and waved him off the court, to the point that Lowry and Ibaka had to signal to them how fucked up that was while checking on him. Still one of the most disrespectful moments in recent nba history imo.

Please get D. Rose on the show! The man is the youngest MVP ever, had injuries and never gave up, and scored a 50 piece! Plus he from the Chi so you know he a dog!

Bad choice on the coaches management and media in my opinion... Y'all didn't want lose to the Toronto Raptors and was using every angle to create the thought he could play. As a Athlete I knew the risk of his injury and the original scared me during the clippers series I thought he originally tore his Achilles. KD a warrior and a baller so I don't judge but the spin was on and he did what he thought was right and what most were implying he should do. Why with Brooklyn and with Kyrie and that team I'm sure he motivated to get back what he almost threw away. Top three for sure.. His game should actually elevate as long as he can get his shit off he good.. Going be like MJ out of retirement... Smooth transition into a assassin mentality.

This is one of the worst calls in NBA finals history. Getting a top player in the league play prematurely while nursing a serious injury. SOMEONE DROPPED THE BALL!!!

Sometimes a team has to save a player from themselves. KD may have wanted to go out there but somebody should have said no it’s not worth it. They knew there was risk of re-injury if he played. GSW pretty much ruined the career of one of the greatest players of all time.
