@Aubhrey Pender You way in left field. My point is about player empowerment. Oscar is the reason free agency exist in the modern NBA. So he deserve the credit for establishing player empowerment. Not LeBron. Although LBJ & MJ had set trends of their own, we often times forget those who paved the way before them.

I had 0 problem with “The Decision” however I knew he was gonna get heat (no pun intended) for it. Lebron created a boxing main event type of atmosphere where he took control of HIS narrative. All of a sudden Stephen A and Skip made a ton of bread just talking about Lebron.

I disagree with jim gray, There was nothing "insensitive" about what lebron did. He already gave Cleveland all those years of greatness from the moment he stepped on the court. Doing what he did with the little talent he had on that team is one of the many reasons he is an all time great. Most sports fans are more fans of teams than players. I understand what lebron was to that city. But if anyone was insensitive it was the cavs organization. How much did the cavs organization and fans really care about lebron? Look how they treated him when he left.

No I’m not gonna let you do that. Kg spent 11-12 yrs ( give or take) on the same team and didn’t get a chip. And he said the yr before that he was going to have to leave. Nobody was working as hard as he was. He busted his ass literally w/ the t wolves. He goes to the celtics w/ the right players at the right time and gets a chip. He deserved it.

@Lab Clinics he told him at the end of game 6 2010 lebron mentions it during the postgame interview but doesn’t tell the name of the person who told him to make the move KG was also interested in going to Cleveland before the Boston trade went thru he called lebron to ask him how he’d feel about teaming up lebron wanted amare at the time and didn’t land him and told kg he wasn’t sure how much longer he’d be in Cleveland due to management not doing whatever it took for the generational talent to succeed
