Every single year there were upgrades to the roster. After taking Cleveland to 6 games and getting a better roster the Raptors proceeded to get swept by the weakest Cleveland team Bron had in his second stint there. Raptors front office saw Boston rising, Indiana rising, Philly rising and Bucks rising and knew they had to move the coach and either him or Lowry.
